RUX80-GW Pickling Line Coil Wrapper Belt
The RUX80-GW Pickling Line Coil Wrapper Belt is an independently developed specialty belt by xzbelt, designed specifically for the demanding conditions of acid pickling lines and acid cold-rolling processes.
Constructed with Ropan high-performance elastomer and reinforced high-strength polyester fabric, the belt delivers exceptional resistance to oil, acid vapor, abrasion, and high temperature.
It maintains excellent grip and stability during the coil wrapping process, ensuring tight, round, and uniform coils even under high tension and high-speed operation.
This belt is engineered to replace traditional rubber belts, providing higher lifespan, more stable friction, and better operational reliability.
